International Conference of CoMS 2020 is postponed to Spring 2021

Published online 9 October, 2020

The unpredictability caused by Covid-19 poses a series of challenges and requires flexibility. The international conference CoMS had originally been scheduled for 15-17 April 2020. In the hope that the situation would improve, the conference was then delayed until 8–10 November 2020.

Now, given the recent developments and health authority recommendations, and to protect the health of everyone involved and deliver the conference at the highest possible level, we have reached the final decision to postpone the International Conference CoMS 2020 until the spring of 2021 (19-21 April 2021). We apologize for all the inconveniences caused by this force majeure.

All the submissions already accepted for presentation will be included in the conference programme next year. We thank all the authors for their participation.

If you have already paid your registration fee and intend to attend, your payment and registration remain valid. We suggest that you cancel your registration only if you already know (or when you will know) that you will not be able to attend the rescheduled COMS 2021 on new dates. Cancellations and money transfers are always accompanied by banking and registration costs which mean that part of the money is “lost”. Because of this and our second postponement we had to enforce cancellation policy.

The cancellation policy is available from the Registrations page!

If in case of force majeure (COVID-19 or other cases) and conference needs to be cancelled even in 2021; we will refund 90 % of the paid registration fee.

For any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us at

We would like to thank once again to all participants for their interest in our CoMS 2020 conference and all sponsor for their generous financial support.
